Abstract Submission
Only original papers related to the conference
topics and not published elsewhere will be accepted. All accepted papers
will be published in the conference proceedings and will be presented
at the conference in oral parallel sessions or in poster sessions. The
presentation format will be determined following the submission of the
final version of the paper and will depend on the preference of the
author, the recommendations of the reviewers, registration status, and
the opinion of the Scientific Executive Committee.
Each registration entitles the author to submit a
single paper. One additional paper per registration is allowed against
a special fee.
The deadline for abstract
submissions has passed.
Deadline for submitting an abstract has been extended to September
30, 2004
Abstracts must be submitted through the web site by September 15,
2004. The abstract must be in plain text and be a maximum of 500
words. The official language for the conference and papers is English.
At least two reviewers will be assigned by
the Scientific Executive Committee to examine each abstract in a double-blind
review process. Corresponding authors will be informed of the abstract
review results by November 15, 2004 via e-mail.
