September 15, 2004 - Deadline for submitting an Abstract

November 15, 2004 - Abstract acceptance/rejection
All authors have received feedback from the Scientific Committee. 364 abstracts were accepted for development into full papers.

February 15, 2005 March 7, 2005 - Deadline for submitting a manuscript based on an accepted abstract

May 15, 2005 - Final papers due for first drafts that were accepted "as is" or subject to minor editorial corrections.

April 15, 2005 May 20, 2005 - End of review process
The Scientific Committee has approved 194 papers for presentation at conference.

May 25, 2005 - Final papers due for papers that were accepted following second draft.
