École Polytechnique de Montréal is one of the largest engineering schools in Canada both in terms of enrolment and research activities. It is the largest francophone engineering school in Canada with approximately 5000 students, 220 faculty members and 150 researchers.

The main conference hotels are located downtown approximately 5 km away from École Polytechnique de Montréal.  Shuttle buses will transport participants from/to the main hotels and École Polytechnique de Montréal.
