Presentation instructions

Oral Presentations and software demos
  1. The allotted time for oral presentations is 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes for discussion for a total of 20 minutes.
  2. All lecture halls are equipped with video beamers and overhead projectors.
  3. PowerPoint presentations will need to be pre-loaded on our file server. Please make sure to do so when you arrive at the conference. If you choose to use your own computer (which we discourage) the switching time will be deducted from your 20 minutes.
  4. Please be present at your session at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Please introduce yourself to the session-chair before the session. There will be no prior meeting of the presenters with the session-chair.

Poster Presentation

  1. The available panel area for each poster is 1.5m wide by 1.2m high. There are no specific poster preparation guidelines.
  2. There will be two poster presentation sessions. You are requested to be present near your poster during the allocated time.
  3. Posters being presented on Tuesday should be installed in the morning and removed after Tuesday’s session. Similarly, posters being presented on Wednesday should be installed in the morning and removed after Wednesday’s session.
  4. Fixing materials will be provided.
